NORWOOD -- Current St. Lawrence Division Kiwanis Lt. Governor and outgoing Norwood Kiwanis President Patti Dean announced she has selected Susan and John Fregoe of Norwood as recipients of the 2017-2018 Kiwanians of the Year Award.
Dean recognized the Fregoes for their outstanding dedication to Norwood Kiwanis and its projects.
The couple has spearheaded several recent club endeavors, including Kiwanis efforts to secure playground swings and rides which provide accessibility to children with disabilities, said Dean.
They are deeply involved in community events and activities, and their willingness to give of their time and resources to Norwood and its Kiwanis club are greatly appreciated, Dean said.
