GOUVERNEUR -- The Community Health Care Center of the North Country has a new case manager.
Heather Bowman is tasked with assisting patients with everyday needs such as filling out paperwork and helping find affordable prescribed medications, transportation, housing, food, and heating assistance.
Prior to her arrival in Gouverneur, Bowman worked for four years as a case manager with the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired of Jefferson County.
