SPRINGFIELD -- Timothy E. Rapczynski, Colton, has been named to the president's list at Western New England for the fall semester of 2012.

Rapczynski is a Freshman majoring in Electrical Engineering.

Students are named to the president's list for achieving a semester grade point average of 3.80 or higher.
