OGDENSBURG -- Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center recentky recognized and thanked long-time board member Elizabeth Bernhard for ten years of service on the Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Board of Directors.

Bernhard was presented with an aerial photograph of the medical center by Claxton-Hepburn President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Webster and Claxton-Hepburn Board Chairperson Maureen Missert.
