OGDENSBURG -- Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center’s medical surgical department recently recognized registered nurse Michelle Bellinger as the April 2013 employee of the month.
The medical surgical management team recently began a leadership rounding program where staff visit patients. Patients are asked if there is someone from the staff that they would like to recognize.
Bellinger was mentioned multiple times throughout the month, which earned her the award.
Bellinger received a thank you card and a certificate of appreciation and will have her photo displayed on the unit.
Bellinger has worked at Claxton-Hepburn for fourteen years.
