Mona Miller was recently named the employee of the month for November at Clarkson University.

Miller, the office of information technologies team lead, was honored for her “commitment to service excellence in her role,” according to a press release from Clarkson.

The individuals chosen as employee of the month “exemplify the university's service philosophy and standards through their work and exhibit a positive and supportive attitude,” the release said.

In nominating Miller, her colleagues said she displays a “willingness to help others that is above and beyond the normal call of duty.”

She is “compassionate and approachable when dealing with IT issues, and her positive outlook toward helping others makes her an appreciated and unique part of the Clarkson University team,” the release said.
