POTSDAM -- CITEC Business Solutions of Potsdam recently hired Kate Chepeleff as a project/process engineer.

Chepeleff joined CITEC Feb. 15.

She joins CITEC with 20 years of progressive engineering responsibility in heavy industry and manufacturing.

Her familiarity with plant environment includes corporate standards, such as OSHA, DEC, ISO, contracting out, purchasing and corporate auditing.

Her experience comes from years working with leading local firms such as Alcoa, Hoosier Magnetics and Corning Incorporated.

Chepeleff holds a master of science degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University, as well as professional training and certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, ISO, OSHA, program management and high performance work systems, among others.
