TIFFIN, OH -- Sophie Goobic, Canton, N.Y., a junior majoring in biology, is now a member of the Philalethean Society, one of five sororities at Heidelberg University.
Founded in 1913, the Philalethean Society is involved in a number of service projects on campus and in the Tiffin community, including the Headstart Christmas party and volunteering at Kiwanis Manor, working for Habitat for Humanity, raking leaves and serving with the Mercy Hospital Transitional Unit.
