POTSDAM -- Canton-Potsdam Hospital’s Dr. Michael G. Chater, an otolaryngologist, head and neck surgeon, and rhinologist, became a fellow of the American College of Surgeons during a ceremony at the college’s annual congress in San Diego, Calif. in October.
He followed this by completing a fellowship in rhinology at the University of Texas at Houston.
He is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, and an appointed clinical assistant professor at SUNY Upstate.
