POTSDAM -- The E.J. Noble Guild of Canton-Potsdam Hospital recently awarded two nursing scholarships totaling $5,000 to James A. Baker, Hannawa Falls and Jake Woods, Canton.
The scholarships are given to second year non-traditional nursing students from St. Lawrence County who display academic excellence and financial need.
This year’s recipients met recently with president of the E.J. Noble Guild Judith A. Chase and Secretary Susan Lorenc at the SUNY Canton Scholarship Luncheon at Chaney Dining Hall.
