Renee Murray, Brasher Falls, was recently awarded the 2013 Joshiki Student of the Year award.
The award was given by Master Jonathan A. French, head instructor of Jeet Gi Taekwondo, Joshiki Self Defense and Founder/CEO of the Association of Martial Artists World Wide.
Renee Murray has shown complete respect to instructors, fellow students, and the art of Joshiki, according to French.
“Her positive attitude and talent makes her a role model to students and instructors alike,” he said.
