Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort General Manager Patrick Bassney posses with supervisor/manager of the year Stanley Jacobs.
HOGANSBURG – Karli Tarbell and Stanley “Hodge” Jacobs were recently honored as employees of the year at the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino Resort.
Tarbell was awarded the associate of the year, while Jacobs was awarded the supervisor/manager of the year.
Both were honored at a dinner reception recently in the maple room at the casino. They were joined by fourteen co-workers who were winners of the associate of the month and manager of the quarter awards last year.
Craig Fuller, director of human resources, said that Tarbell and Jacobs are very dedicated, hard working and knowledgeable associates.
General Manager Pat Bassney said that none of the changes that the casino is going through with the opening of a new hotel and the addition of a Bingo Palace would be possible without the help of the employees.
Tarbell and Jacobs were awarded colorful plaques as well as $1,000 each as an award for their contributions over the past year.
