Colleen Ayers of Parishville came upon this snapping turtle crossing the road at the corner of the Old Potsdam Parishville Road and the Woodruff Road. "It is the biggest one I have ever seen," she reports. "A few passersby helped get the turtle across the road so it would not get hit."
