Penski, Inc., the Potsdam-based staffing, payroll and training firm, celebrated its 30th anniversary last week with a special ribbon cutting amid snow flurries. Members of Penski’s staff, including founders Robert and Judy Penski, and John Wicke, general manager, center, were flanked by many well-wishers, including members from the Potsdam Chamber of Commerce and a number of St. Lawrence County business associates.
