Tuesday, September 4, 2012 - 2:00 pm

Following one of the driest summers in recent memory, the West Branch of the St. Regis River is running at what is believed to be its lowest height on record. This photo was taken Sept. 2 by Fred Wilhelm from the Jones Road bridge four miles above Parishville. For more one the low water levels see earlier story.
