Elizabeth Oney, Canton, serves ‘tea’ to Jocelyn Bush at the Ogdensburg Area Zonta Girls Tea Party. The youth confidence workshop was attended by 24 girls in collaboration of International Women’s Day. Jocelyn is the daughter of Megan Bush of Ogdensburg.
