Presentation for Ogdensburg’s 150th
Saturday, July 21, 2018 - 8:38 am

Ogdensburg resident Bill Plimpton, a retired Ogdensburg Free Academy principal, here in front with his wife Sandy, donated two concrete planters made from forms that are over 150 years old, in recognition of the city’s 150th anniversary. The planters now hold flowers that were provided by the Ogdensburg Pride & Beautification Commission and are proudly displayed on the steps of City Hall. In back, from left, are City Councilor Jen Stevenson; Barbara Barlow, Pride & Beautification Commission; City Manager Sarah Purdy; City Councilor Dave Price; Maryanne Narenkivicius and Cynthia Cole, Pride & Beautification Commission; City Councilor Shawn Shaver; Mayor Wayne Ashley; and Parks & Recreation Director Matthew Curatolo.
