State Senator Patty Ritchie recently congratulated the Rev. Thomas T. Patterson as Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center in Ogdensburg renamed its Wound Healing Center after the longtime pastor and health care advocate. An anonymous donor made a contribution of $750,000 to the Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center Foundation he chairs on the condition that the center be named in his honor.
