Delaney O’Brian, of the St. Lawrence Figure Skating Club, took home Gold at the 2013 Empire State Winter Games. She performed to the “Mouse Detective” as a Limited Beginner. Delaney is 8 years old and in the third grade at Lisbon Central School. She is coached by Alicia Walter.
