Connor Flack of Lisbon was the lucky winner of a silent auction Valentine cake by Natalie Hooper at the first Ogdensburg Zonta Snowflake Social this past weekend. The event raised money for the Ogdensburg Area Zonta Club Scholarships and community projects.
