Recently, 15 children, ranging in ages 8-18, attend the week-long Camp Med sponsored by BOCES Northwest Tech. On the first day of Camp Med, the children visited Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center and participated in a variety of activities provided by Claxton-Hepburn’s staff, such as “Guess the Lab Specimen,” “Who Wants to be a Radiologist,” “All About Anesthesia,” “Choking: What Can I Do,” and “Healthy Snacks Made with Fun.” Shown in the photo with their mother Krista Woods, an employee at Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center, are Dakota and Broadie Woods.
