Saturday afternoon’s high winds brought down a number of branches through St. Lawrence County, and in Norwood, blew down a tree. This tree was topped about 2 p.m. at 4 Elm St., Norwood. It fell across the driveway of Scott and Michelle Collins at 2 Elm St. and on top of a car. Some wiring was torn from the Collins home as the tree barely missed their porch. Photo by Dennis Dockum.
