A Norwood-Norfolk student whose art won the Congressional Art Competition for the 21st District was recently welcomed by Rep. Elise Stefanik, Republican. Fetter was joined by her family as she was recognized for her winning photograph, 'Spectator,' which will be showcased in the U.S. Capitol for an entire year. Winners of the competition are selected from each congressional district. Since the competition began in 1982, more than 650,000 high school students have participated. Above is Fetter and Rep. Stefanik, with Fetter's winning photograph.
