Five-year-old Lacey Sullivan of Chase Mills proudly holds up 10 inches of fiery red hair she decided to donate to the Locks of Love, while having a haircut at J.C. Penney's at the St. Lawrence Centre Mall, Massena. Lacey is an upcoming Kindergartener at Madrid-Waddington Elementary School. Her parents are Mike and Jen Sullivan.
