Billy Dempsey of Ogdensburg enjoyed the serpent display at the New York Power Authority Wildlife Festival at  Hawkins Point Visitors Center in Massena Saturday. The event featured fun for the entire family with exhibits of live animals, nature displays, arts, crafts and entertainment.
