Brianna Dolan, Star Lake will represent the 23rd Congressional District as the winner of the annual Congressional Art Competition with her piece entitled "Brain Tree".  Brianna, a freshman at Clifton-Fine Central School and Congressman Bill Owens stand with Brianna's piece. It will hang in the US Capitol for one year starting in June.
