Winds blew throughout St. Lawrence County on Saturday, as even Stacey Macaulay’s dog, Mylie, discovered. When Macaulay went to take pictures of the wind-created waves on the Oswegatchie River, the Gouverneur resident also managed to take this photo of her dog braving the wind.
