Under contract with several St. Lawrence County school districts, the Seaway Valley Prevention Council of Ogdensburg provides universal elementary grade level prevention education services. Among them are students at Hermon-DeKalb Central School, shown here displaying an anti-bullying tie-dye quilt that they created, according to Keri Barrett, prevention educator. Pictured, from left, are fourth graders Logan Doerr and Tyler VanBrocklin, and fifth graders Kari Hance and Lilah Anson.
