Lynn Blevins, IDA Board Member and head of Team Blevins (third from right), hands a check of support to St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Pat McKeown in support of FISHCAP, a public-private economic development initiative which focuses on revitalization of the sport fishing industry as a tool for growing the economy. The IDA's mission is to promote, encourage, attract and develop job opportunities and economically sound commerce and industry in St. Lawrence County. The IDA's mission dovetails the Chamber's, which is to create a vibrant business climate that encourages growth and enhances the unique quality of life in St. Lawrence County. Both organizations believe that the FISHCAP project fits perfectly into both missions. Also pictured (from left) is Brian W.
