CANTON -- Yoga Nidra, which event organizers call a “sleep-based meditation technique,” will be hosted from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13 at the Yoga Loft, 17 Main St.
After a short practice of gentle yoga and breathing exercises, the practitioners lie on their mats and listen to the teacher’s words guide them into a dream-like state of consciousness.
No yoga or meditation experience needed; mats provided.
