CANTON -- The Yoga Loft will offer two new classes including Yoga for Rejuvenation, with new teacher Erica Sharpe on Thursdays at 7 p.m.
The focus is on using yoga in order to cope with stress. The class will re-align, engage, energize, and relax the physical body while clearing the mind, leading to a rejuvenated and enlivened spirit.
The second new class is Yoga Dance Flow with Jean Benvenuto.
It will be held Tuesdays at 5:15 p.m. starting Nov. 4. Many yoga styles incorporate flow from pose to pose, but Yoga Dance Flow will carry this a step further, including sequences choreographed to music.
Continuing Yoga Loft favorites include Vinyasa Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Little Lotus (children’s yoga), 50+ Yoga, Morning Yoga, and Community Yoga as well as Pilates, and Belly Dance.
Consult the Yoga Loft web site, www.yoga-loft.org for teacher contact information, full class descriptions, costs, registration information, and up-to-date schedule.
