POTSDAM -- A Mind, Body & Spirit Yoga class will be offered in the Lawrence Avenue Elementary BOCES gym Saturday, Dec. 8. Local yoga teachers will lead Karma classes. Blankets, blocks and mats will be available. Classes will be $10 per adult and $5 per student, with all proceeds to benefit the Renewal House. The schedule is as follows:
• 9 a.m. - Gentle Kripalu with Alison Brant
• 10:30 a.m. - Hatha with Monique Christiensen
• 12 noon - Hatha with Ellie Beeler
• 1:30 p.m. - Vinyasa Flow with Sarah Scafidi McGuire
• 3 p.m. - Gentle with Terry de la Vega
• 4:30 p.m. - Kundalini with Gurumantra Kaur
