POTSDAM -- An eight-week yoga class designed for pregnant women will begin Oct. 17 at the First Presbyterian Church, 42 Elm St. Pregnancy Students will learn how they can be more comfortable in their changing bodies and will prepare for a more confident and present childbirth experience.
Classes will meet Thursdays from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the community center from Oct. 17 through Dec. 12, with no class Nov. 28.
The cost for eight classes is $80, or $15 per class to drop in. The class is appropriate for women in all stages of pregnancy.
Beginners and experienced yoga practitioners can benefit from this class.
