CANTON -- The North Country Center for Yoga and Health -- The Yoga Loft -- will offer Yin Yoga, Fridays 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., starting Jan. 10, at Maplewood, 205 State St. Rd.
The course is led by new teacher Sarah Harris, who says Yin Yoga is a deep, quiet practice which complements an active lifestyle and is perfect for the winter months.
Other changes for the January schedule include a new section of Morning Yoga with Jean Mondays 9 to 10:30 a.m. starting Jan. 6, Pilates with Sue Tuesdays 7 to 8 p.m. starting Jan. 21, Beginners Tai Chi with Ann Wednesdays 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. from Jan. 15 trough March 19, and Intermediate Tai Chi with Ann Tuesdays 5 to 6 p.m. from Jan. 14 through March 18.
Continuing favorites include Saturday Community Yoga, 50+ Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga Flow, Morning Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Belly Dance.
