POTSDAM -- Transformation House Ministries is sponsoring an all-day workshop Nov. 16 on the Shalom Model of Addiction at New Hope Community Church, 33 Grant St., from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The cost is $20 for adults and $10 for seniors and students and includes a continental breakfast and light lunch.
The workshop will present an approach for understanding and overcoming addiction for all those affected by it.
The morning session will discuss “new hope for addiction.” The afternoon will include three concurrent workshops on substance use disorders, destructive and addictive emotions, and hope, help, and healing for families.
