CANTON – “Women’s Wellness Day” is Saturday, April 16 at the Best Western, East Main Street.
The day of health screenings and informative presentations, sponsored by Canton-Potsdam Hospital, runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Screenings for glaucoma, glucose, balance, blood pressure, cholesterol, pulmonary function, and bone density will be held from 9 to 11 a.m.
There will be presentations on diabetes, balancing work and life, chronic pain, yoga, nutrition, physical activity over 50 years of age, and more.
Lunch will be free, and healthy snacks will be served.
