POTSDAM -- St. Lawrence County Arts Council, 41 Elm St., will host "Make a Blue Moon Pendent" with Virginia Burnett on Thursday, July 30, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
The cost is $34 for SLC Arts members and $49 for non-members.
Participants will learn the basics of wire wrapping to make a pendant.
Event organizers say t his is a good beginner project, and the finished necklace can be used to hold an ID card, a small USB flash drive, a key or other small treasures that one might want to wear around their neck.
Participants should bring any special items to the class for inclusion in the pendent.
There will be beads available.
