WIC is holding clinics throughout St. Lawrence County in May.
WIC is a supplemental food program helping women, infants, and children. They offer their clients nutritional education materials and food vouchers.
They say they aim to promote better nutritional health in pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, as well as infants and children under age five.
The May WIC clinic schedule in St. Lawrence County is:
• Canton - WIC Main Office, 3 Remington Ave.; May 2, 21, 29 and 30 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., May 15 from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., May 16 from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
• Massena - Community Center, 61 Beach St.; May 1 from 1:15 to 6 p.m., May 5, 7 and 9 from 9:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
• Brasher Falls - K of C Hall, 138 County Rte. 50, May 6, 9 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
• Ogdensburg - Presbyterian Church, 423 Ford St., May 8 and 14 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., May 13 from 12:15 to 6 p.m.
• Potsdam - New Hope Church, 33 Grant St., May 19 and 20 from 8:45 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Norfolk - Hepburn Library, 1 Hepburn St., May 23 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Gouverneur - Methodist Church, 34 Grove St., May 12 and 28 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., May 27 from 12:15 to 6 p.m.
