POTSDAM -- The Whole Health and Healing Academy will host a discussion on proteins, carbohydrates and fats in nutrition Thursday, Oct. 30 at 6:30 p.m. at the Potsdam Community Room, Main and Park streets. Paula M. Youmell, author of “Hands On Health,” will discuss healthy food choices.
The discussion will include a slide show emailed to all participants and follow up information tailored to address the health needs of participants.
Admission is $22 or $40 per couple.
