MASSENA -- Fit as a Fiddle, St. Lawrence Center Mall, 6100 State Highway 37, will host Paula Youmell of Hands On Health Holistic Healing, Potsdam for a public workshop titled “Nourishing Your Body with Whole Foods.”
The workshop takes place Feb. 24 at 10 a.m. and is free. Youmell, a registered nurse and author, will explain improving health habits and lifestyle changes that promote self-responsibility around health and healing.
Youmell will have copies of her book, “Hands On Health: Take Your Vibrant, Whole Health Back Into Your Healing Hands,” available to purchase for $13.
