POTSDAM – Wheel-thrown pottery classes led by Isaac Snell will be held Feb. 1-3 from 3 until 5 p.m. at 41 Elm St. for ages 10-14. Classes will be held on the same days from 6 to 9 p.m. for ages 14 and up.
Snell will guide students through basic skills needed for wheel throwing including clay preparation, proper wedging techniques, centering clay on the wheel, throwing outer and inner walls of a vessel, trimming and glazing.
