Boating safely course
HAMMOND -- Ogdensburg Flotilla of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary hosting “About Boating Safely” course; St. John’s Parish Center, 5-9 p.m., Morristown; required in New York State for everyone 14 years old or older operating a personal watercraft (i.e. jet ski), and, motor boat operators born on or after May 1, 1996, and at least 10 years of age; instructors are local Auxiliary members having years of experience teaching boating safety and interacting with students; receive course text book and Federal and State rule books to keep as references; must attend both nights.
