POTSDAM: Walk with a Doc at Clarkson’s Cheel Arena; join local health care providers for a walk to learn about a current health topic; then spend the rest of the hour enjoying a healthy walk and conversation with a doc; walk at your own pace and distance; free; 10-11 a.m.; for 12 months, walks will be held the last Saturday of the month at 10 a.m. in different communities each time.
Day Out With Santa
POTSDAM: Day Out With Santa & Friends community event, 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Hampton Inn Potsdam; free to attend; includes free picture with Santa, a free gift for each child, exotic animals, free pony rides outside the hotel; children’s costume characters will be on hand; donations of non-perishable food items will be accepted.
