GOUVERNEUR: St. Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce hosting monthly “Business in the Spotlight,” 5-7 p.m.; networking event at the Fidelis Care Gouverneur office, 101 E. MADRID: Stuffed animal sleepover, 6-7 p.m., Hepburn Library of Madrid, 11 Church St.; children can drop stuffed animals off at the library, share a bedtime snack; stuffed animals will stay the night and be picked up Friday, Sept. 28 at 11 a.m. during story hour, or Saturday; teen volunteers needed to help; 315-322-5673.
