Scout games

GOUVERNEUR: Cub Scout Winter Games 2020, 11 a.m.-4 p.m., Gouverneur Community Center; hosted by Northern Lights District, Longhouse Council BSA; $5 includes patch, food available for a small fee, activities include show shoe dash, obstacle course, tug of war, broom hockey, games, snow scout building, sled pull race, winter kick ball, building systems and more; event registration is at 10:30 a.m.; opening ceremony at 11; activities inside and out; info: Chris Gates, cubmaster, 315-212-3033, cubmaster2035@gmail.com.

Northern pike challenge

Zumbathon

MASSENA: 7th annual Black Light Zumbathon to benefit Trinity Catholic School will be held at the school, 188 Main St.; this year’s theme is “90s House Party” and organizers encourage attendees to break out their old windbreakers, biker shorts and high top sneakers; raffles, door prizes, hydration station, Zumba store and dancing; DJ services provided by Wheels of Steel; photos by DualTone Photography; RSVP online on the event Facebook page.

Guided snowshoe
