Invasive species workshop

COLTON: Invasive species workshop, 1-4 p.m., Colton Fire Station community room, 80 Riverside Dr.; presented by representatives from the Partnerships For Invasive Species Management, Erin Vennie-Vollrath, Megan Pistolese; discussing both aquatic and terrestrial invasive plants, with a focus on variable leaf watermilfoil; attendees encouraged to bring samples of plants for identification; presenters will bring materials to hand out for identification and pulling of milfoil, including mesh bags, and give some insight into how the 2017 milfoil pull worked; 315-265-2255.
