OGDENSBURG: Stronger Ogdensburg for All (SOFA) Coalition sponsoring “Trunk or Treat” event, 6-8 p.m., Seaway YFC Impact Center, Congress Street; free; children and families invited; safe trick-or-treating option for kids; parking lot and area alongside the building will be lined with decorated cars with their trunks full of candy for “trunk-or-treaters;” coffee, hot cocoa and restrooms available; reserve a parking spot for “Trunk-or-Treat” at 315-344-1268 or poclarke@hotmail.com.

MASSENA: Massena After Dark and Elite Events by Lenny staginghaunted house in the former T.J.
