Comrades of HOPE

MASSENA: Comrades of HOPE (Heroin/Opiate Prevention/Education) will meet at 6 p.m. at the Massena Community Center, 61 Beach St. They are a support group for those having loved ones, current/deceased, who suffer from the disease of addiction. This is their last meeting of 2018. Group officials encourage attendees to bring a friend. Meetings are free and confidential. Refreshments will be served.

Thrift sale

NORFOLK: The Whistle Stop Thrift Store, Main Street next to the United Methodist Church, is selling men's and women's clothing buy one ($2) and receive two free clothing items effective Dec. 13, 15, 18, 20 and 22. The store hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon.
