Gun show

COLTON: Colton Fire Department gun show, Station #l, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.; admission is $3 and children 12 and younger are free; food and beverages, a raffle, and lots of vendors.

Simple Living sermon

CANTON: Pulpit guest Phil Harnden to deliver sermon “Simple Living Beyond the Thrift Store,” during Sunday morning services at Unitarian Universalist Church, 3½ East Main St.; all welcome to attend; part of the church’s annual Harvest Sunday celebration; Harnden is founder of GardenShare, a local nonprofit addressing issues of hunger and food justice; www.uucanton.org.
