POTSDAM: Free talk by Melanie Wahlberg, “Never Alone: How spiritual ideas work in us,” 3 p.m., Raymond Hall, 8th floor, 44 Pierrepont Ave., SUNY Potsdam; Wahlberg originally pursued a career as a college mathematics professor, achieving a doctorate in mathematics, before career shifted to a Christian Science practitioner when she found conversations with students coming to her for help with calculus, afterwards turned to discussions on spirituality; now an international speaker on Christian Science healing.
